Device Information: Information related to your device. For example, IMEI number, MAC address (Android version only),
device model name, device operating system, device type, system and
performance information,
device manufacturer information, and network operator.
We may collect and use information such as the 5th Wheel APP account number.
Vehicle Information: Information related to your vehicle. For example, your Bluetooth MAC address, serial number,
speed, mileage, battery information, cruise control, taillight settings, power recovery strength, firmware version,
body temperature.
Location information (only for certain services/functions): When you use the 5th Wheel APP with the navigation
function, the app will collect your location information in the background to show your ride track, your location
information is not collected without this feature.
Log Information: Information related to your use of our equipment. For example, we may collect web request
information, standard system logs, crash information and other anonymous identifier technologies. This information
will be stored locally and will not be sent to us unless you request it. Please note that this information is only
used to troubleshoot problems and we will not save it to the server.
Feedback: We will collect feedback after the product is sold. Feedback information will include user feedback
questions such as photos, text, contact information, app version, mobile type (iOS or Android), our feedback time.
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure that
we comply with applicable laws. We collect information to provide better products and services for all users.

Create your 5th Wheel APP account with Mobile Devices. The personal information collected during the APP account is
used to establish the user's personal 5th Wheel APP account and profile page.
Display vehicle information. When the device is connected via Bluetooth, your vehicle information will be displayed
then you can check the device information such as speed, mileage, battery information, firmware model and related
settings through our app.
Provide location-based services. Your access location is required when using the 5th Wheel APP with track riding
function. You can turn this setting off at any time by going into your device settings or by stopping using the
app's functionality.
After-sale service provided. If you request after-sales service, we will use your log information. This information
will be emailed to the after-sales engineer. Please note that this information is only used to troubleshoot
problems then we will not save it to the server.
Direct promotion
With your prior explicit consent, we may use your email address and 5th Wheel APP account to provide you with
promotional materials related to Invanti's products and services. We strictly abide by the data of your location
Protection laws (which may contain requirements for independent express consent) will only use your personal
information with your prior express consent, or if you have expressed no objection through actions or instructions.

the city) so that you can display your cycling track information when using the track cycling feature.

to predict measuring product and service trends.

Retention policy
We will retain personal information as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected,
or to comply with applicable laws or as required or permitted.
We will retain your information (including your personal information) until it is no longer necessary to provide
you with our products or services or until your account is deleted or you choose to reset the product to factory
default settings, whichever occurs first ). Note the following examples:
